I literally called him at 10am and we were having lunch together 90min later! We trusted him so much that we bought out property a few days after we left sight unseen when it popped up on Zillow and Paul rushed to go check it out for us and gave us great feedback and his honest opinion! He after that helped us find the right people to work with for the renovation and has been available for questions and help ever since and we now have been here a whole year! Paul is amazing! He has helped us purchase the perfect home in Naples, ID. We are from out of state and he took several days showing us properties when we were visiting. And on short notice! He is very knowledgable about the area and was able to guide and direct us through the long list of properties we wanted to see. He patiently answered all of our questions. We found the house for us 2 days before we had to go home and Paul continued to work hard, get us a great deal, and lead us through the whole escrow process from out of state.
